PayPal is the online payment method we accept. Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal

account prior buying.

We do not collect any sales tax for orders being delivered anywhere.

Our standard return policies apply to all items.

We warrant our products for 3 months from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial

use.

Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

Typically it takes 3-5 business days to process a returned item once it has been received by us. The

return credit will be applied to your PayPal account or your bank account.

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, parts and accessories to ensure

full credit. if possible.

If products are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase day, we will refund or replace any

defective product(s). Posting charges and return posting charges are not refundable. Customers

are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.

After 30 days and up to 40 days of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement

is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the posting charges (including the return and

resending ones if you order wrong item by mistake).

Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before -

we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

We recommend that you use register post so you have a tracking number.

We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone at any time under the Data

Protection Act.

All items sold are being described to the best of our abilities, as accurate as possible, and with utmost

conscietiousness on our part. However, to avoid any potential oversights, I respectfully request your

assistance in helping us to make this a mutually satisfactory transaction by THOROUGHLY reviewing

item description and photos, and asking all questions about carbon brush sizes and end caps PRIOR TO

BUYING.
